About the USPGA

A National Authority for Pressure Grouting Standards

US Pressure Grouting Administrations (USPGA) exists to establish clarity, accountability, and technical integrity within the pressure grouting and slab stabilization industry across the United States.

Pressure grouting is a critical engineering process used in pavement stabilization, foundation support, void filling, and structural rehabilitation. Yet the industry has long lacked a neutral authority focused on engineering standards, code alignment, and verified performance data. USPGA was formed to help close that gap and provide centralized guidance for pressure grouting standards and best practices.

Engineering-Led, Code-Aligned Guidance

USPGA supports engineers, agencies, contractors, and asset owners by promoting pressure grouting practices grounded in recognized building codes, Department of Transportation specifications, and established geotechnical engineering principles.

Our work emphasizes engineering oversight, documentation, and compliance with International Building Code (IBC) and DOT requirements. This includes alignment with independent research, verified testing data, and published specifications that inform responsible pressure grouting applications.

Independent Oversight and Industry Insight

USPGA is guided by experienced professionals across engineering, materials science, construction, and infrastructure disciplines. This includes engineers, technical advisors, and industry experts who contribute insight and help ensure guidance remains current, practical, and grounded in real-world application.

USPGA operates independently of manufacturers, contractors, and proprietary systems. Our role is to provide neutral, fact-based guidance informed by published standards, independent testing, and documented field performance. Industry guidance and position papers are developed to support informed decision-making and reduce risk across pressure grouting projects.
